How is it April, much less April 4 though? I write to you from a hotel room in the Texas Hill Country as I am speaking at a conference this week on Boundaries and Burnout and the Illusion of Balance with a nod to Core Values as a bridge. I was just going through the power point, what are your thoughts on power points? I have a lot of thoughts on them.

And I am not here to talk power points. I actually have a signature offering I lead monthly to myself and to others called the Audit & Ask. This is where you can take a monthly check in to see how it is all going, landing, living. I will list the questions I use as a framework and answer them as an an example here today. Treat them like journal prompts, read them out loud in your morning shower, or take them through your day today. Awareness is the key to making changes and celebrations and this practice nails it.

And because doing this work solo can be way too easy to avoid/procrastinate on, anyone anyone? The plan is that we will do this out loud together in community on ZOOM, the first meet up will be THIS FRIDAY, April 7 at 10am MST (9am PST / 12pm EST). I will send the zoom link over in the chat thread. NOTE: This will always be for paid subscribers only.

Here is how the Audit & Ask lands:

AUDIT
Take a moment to close your eyes and see all that was March. Meetings, moments, people, health, work, commitments, failures, celebrations and all the learnings./

In one word, how was March?
