I can feel in every part of my body that I have resistance to do this exact practice this month. I want to leave September in ripped calendar pages in my trash can and just be done and move on.
I am finding the bulldozer in me has re-awakened and my avoidance tendencies are not actually as supportive as I would hope them to be. They might feel good in the moment and then, in a glimpse of my near future, I am half way through the October month and I am reeling in emotions untended from September. Adulting is truly 98% awareness.
And so, I will audit. I will feel into the resistance and acknowledge there is something there that needs attention. This is why having consistent practices in your calendar are fruitful so you can feel the times that you welcome them and you can feel the times that you don’t and inquire within….gently.
