I audit the last month in moments and learnings and celebrations and then I make requests of myself for the month ahead. Writing it down is where the magic happens. Take a moment to close your eyes and see all that was January. Meetings, moments, people, health, work, commitments, failures, feelings, celebrations and all the learnings.
In one word, how was January? ___________________________
Harmonizing.
What are two learnings you experienced from January?
Self trust does not just click into place, you get to keep showing up to practice again and again and again. And even if you slip up, it is still there ironically right where you left it.
When you write down that you want to take salty baths in January, you actually have to go to the store and buy the epsom salt. Desire meets action is where I will be living in 2025 and so, I bought the salt this morning.
What are two celebrations you can share from January?
I have been in launch mode! My UNRAVEL program is half full and the doors officially close on February 10. I am celebrating every woman that has signed up and I am having way too much fun putting the welcome boxes together. Learn more and join in the year long coaching program HERE.
It finally snowed in Maine and keeps snowing! We have been doing sunset sledding and it feels like magic. Considering my energy levels last year were so low and I could barely have the energetic reserves to move off the couch after 2pm, I am celebrating my healing and body design as I layer up in snow gear to sled down the hill in our side yard with the kids!

What do you want in February? Make a list. Write a snapshot.
I want to move my body this month to clear stagnant energy and feel strong. I unfroze my gym membership today (hello action).
I write with a candle lit and really romanticize the whole experience for myself.
I keep up the sunset sledding with my kiddos after school.
I really celebrate my birthday, February Aquarian here!
My husband and I set up a system that supports clear communication and energetic flow in ourselves and our family.
I want to read at night every night of the week and watch Shrinking on the weekends.
How do you want to feel in February?
I want to feel the zip of energy that happens after a really good work out. I want to feel inspired by the new year long grief and shapeshifting course I am taking and see it show up in my writing, my speaking, my connection to Earth. I want to feel the vulnerability at the edges of my comfort zone when writing - I commit pen to paper in my new writing club. I want to feel rested. I want to feel ease.

I finish my Vision e-book by Feb 12 - had to move the date a bit as I started it over mid-January!
